"Hello World" Plugin Tutorial.

I've been using Code::Blocks the past few days and it's a great IDE. I've decided to give back to the community by writing up some articles detailing information on plugins as and when I find it out (since I want to help add functionality as well :) ). So here's a simple tutorial on how to make a simple "hello world" plugin.
