Batch build

There is a small problem with the batch build feature. This is on Windows with rev 2688.

1. Right click on the CodeBlocks.cbp file.
2. Click Build.
3. Project builds, and terminates with status zero.
4. Then I get the Layout changed dialog.....

This is obviously not desirable.   :)
