Could you please try below patch? I could see compiler auto-detection dialogue when I tested build via command line in Ubuntu, below patch avoided it.

Under Windows, sometimes, I use some AI agent, and those agent will call codeblocks.exe in the command line to build the cbp project. I always see the build log dialog opened when the AI agent call the build process, but in-fact, I never see the compiler setting dialog. Maybe the compiler was already configured. I can basically created a default.conf file(just a xml file) to used in the github action, in the default.conf file, I can set all the compiler paths.
Another issue is the "global compiler variables", when it is empty in the default.conf, it will popup a dialog to let the user sets.
