What is general structure of Code::Blocks?

Uses wxWidget, Scintilla, calls GC++ and GDB and captures outputs.
But how works Code:Completion? Is implemented C++ parser?

You should have access to the sources. See for yourself. But make sure you respect GPL. ;-)
