The white is super harsh on my eyes, I changed the general code window but how can I make the debug window black?

On windows/osx you can't. You'll have to change the code or somehow build against wxgtk.
p.s. You're using the wrong subforum. This one is not for user questions!

How would one go about changing the code? Sorry for the wrong forum but I figured that's what would have to happen so I thought I'd ask here

Find where the watches window is created. Set the colour to your liking. Rebuild and use your new codeblocks.
But don't submit patches for this change as it won't be accepted.
p.s. search the forum next time, this question has been answered a lot.

On windows you can change your windows theme globally to a suitable selection of yours. And then cb's windows match the colors of your global theme.
