Getting GTK3.6.4 to compile under C::B and Win7

As it seems I'm not the only one having problems to get GTK3.6.4 to work under C::b and win7 (32bit) (see also http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php?topic=18952.0)
I followed the installation procedure as described here http://www.gtk.org/download/win32_tutorial.php and there: http://www.codeincodeblock.com/2013/05/setup-gtk-project-in-codeblocks-windows.html
but when trying to produce a minimalist program under codeblocks I got the message "The path you entered seems valid, but this wizard can't locate the following GTK's include file: gtk.h in it"

The script in this link: http://fr.openclassrooms.com/forum/sujet/installation-de-gtk-sous-code-blocks-ou-autre did resolve the problem (but I had to do the aditional steps that I added in my comment
at the bottom of this page). In French though .... but the script is of course in English
May be these changes/script can be added to CB in the future ?
