FORTRAN ON CODEBLOCKS PLEASE HELP!

Hello,
i need to write some simple program with Fortran but I'm not able to use codeblocks.
Can someone help me?
I see this when I try to fix the compiler's setup.

NOTE: The directions says NOT to end the toolchain path with bin unless your real path is bin/bin in which case a single bin would be correct!

I don't know very well if I download the correct libraries for Fortran.
And the problem is also to put the libraries in the correct box.
