Dependency errors
« on: January 03, 2013, 12:22:52 am »
OS: Linux Mint 13

I'm trying to install the new C::B 12.11.1. I already have 10.05 installed. So when I tried to install it I got dependency errors. I tried to remove C::B 10.05 and then install 12.11.1...but I still get the dependency errors. Does anyone know how to get past this?

Error:  Error: Breaks existing package 'codeblocks-contrib' dependency codeblocks (= 10.05-2)

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The solution is likely to uninstall "codeblocks-contrib" package; but, I have no answer on the how.
