Important Programs

i just wanted to that which programs i need that code::blocks works fine for me... like ".net framework" and etc.
it would be great if you give me a full list of this programs...

- a (supported) compiler of your choice
- a (supported) debugger of your choice
- SDK's your app requires, compatible to the compiler of your choice
