Drag and Dropsy
« on: November 23, 2005, 03:55:03 am »
I tried to drag and drop a .c file from windows exploder into Code::Blocks.  No joy.  It ignored me.

Then I tried an .h file.  Same thing.

When I tried a .txt file, Code::Blocks said it didn't know what kind of file it is.  Should I open it in an external program, or within the IDE.  I chose within Code::Blocks, and the .txt file opened.

Before I send a bug report - is drag and drop supposed to work like this and not with .c and .h files?

drag n drop should be done over the project pane, for some reason it doesn't work if you drop on the editor...

Drag and drop will work over anything in the window that isn't an editor window. Including just the window background if no editor window is opened.
