Find a Graphic Library for your Compiler!!!
Code::Blocks is not a Compiler!
Code::Blocks does have a few wizards that may support Graphics Libs as in SDL and wxWidgets.
But, just because C::B has wizards is a bad reason to pick an Graphic Library.
Edit: Code::Blocks does have wxSmith and if you like wxSmith it would be a good reason to pick wxWidgets.
