I'm seeing this with SVN 8478 and 8549. Create a C++ console application using the wizard, open the hello world C++ file, watch the CPU use zoom up to 50% and stay there for a minute or two. Also, there seems to be a lot of I/O going on. I've disabled most plugins (including CC and the file manager) so I'm at a bit of a loss to know what's causing it. Eventually it does go back down, but if I try to close CB while it's in this state, the GUI closes but the process is still there. Anyone else experiencing this?

Edit: Hmm, it seems to have gone back to normal, though I haven't changed anything obviously significant. Oh, I hate problems like this!!!
