I want to upload Code::Blocks software tutorials online but I am not sure if that would be considered a copyright infringement. I created the video and I am the one who is showing how to use the software. Would this be a copyright infringement?

Why would it be?
C::B uses GPL3/LGPL3 licenses for its code base.
