How to solve CB code edit 's bug?

The cursor edit prompt in front of my words which I  just input it,,,How to    
solve it?

Sorry... I guess you have to explain that again... What bug? What about the cursor? What happens?

Ps.: What do those ",,,," and "~~~~" actually mean?! Is this chinese or something?!

Ok, I try my best to explain it clearly:
When I type some code in  C::B, like that: #include <iostream>
 
The prompt should appear at that position :#include <iostream>|

But it appear at the wrong position, very uncomfortable,like that:#include <iostrea|m>

That certainly sounds like a problem. I'm guessing that you use a Chinese or Japanese font/character set? That might mess up the cursor's position (not sure about this, but it seems pretty likely).

Mortan: I think ~ is sometimes used as giving a "cute" answer. The ,,, is just a typo for ... :P
