Compiling Code::Blocks for newbie

I'm looking for a small tutorial about compiling Code::Blocks (Windows XP) ?
I have downloaded wxWidgets but I don't know where I must copy the files.

When having questions of this kind, your first stop should be the Wiki.

To answer your question, read "Installing Code::Blocks from source on Windows".
