CB 20.03 win32 problem

Hi i've installed the win32 version but i got this error message
i use win7 32bits

but i copy/past these  files to where codeblocks.exe is installed , but i still get the same error

thanks , but the files in the link you mentioned doesn't resolve the problem
instead I've installed CB 17 and extract these files , and it works eventually
