OK, this patch changes wxComboBox to wxChoice

All sizes up to 64x64 have been added. 22x22 have been removed.
Testing and reporting any problems is welcome... 8)

In update.bat resources.zip includes src\resources\images\12x12\*.png, this folder does not exist.
