17.xx, RC1 has arrived

RC1 candidate (i.e. full installer) of new Code::Blocks release for Windows can be found here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/codeblocks/files/Binaries/17.xx-RC1/Windows/codeblocks-17.xx-setup-RC1.exe

No mingw bundled version for now.

But we have a version build against the wx311

And one with debug symbols if the above version crashes a lot, you can use it to provide more meaningful reports:

Any feedback is welcome. Please consider that we are in "feature freeze", which means no new features will make it into the next release, but urgent bug-fixes.
