Takeshi pulls a "contest", taking a work-in-progress version of mine which he calls "current" and compares it to a few modifications which he has made in a couple of minutes. Sorry, but this is just ridiculous, there is no point in this comparison.
Sorry, but I was holding the "poll" until you had your last version. Today when I checked out the svn, I saw the new logo commited, which I thought was your latest version (and final word). You didn't specify in the log "not finished".
I wanted to be fair, if you cared to read:
However, maybe you should need to add another option in the poll, because I think read somewhere that thomas had made some new artworks for C::B, so that will be more fair.
(Takeshi did not mention any interest in the matter even once during the last weeks).
Because I was waiting for your new logo. I think everyone thought what includes the latest revision is your final version.
As the splash screen has undergone changes, it will undergo further changes. So what good is this contest? What do you want to compare at all?
Again, Yannis said to make a poll.
Even if your (and mine) logo is not final, the thread is still valid, because it gives a lot of user input on what the people want.
I like other people inputs, at least.
...and compares it to a few modifications which he has made in a couple of minutes.
Thank you for treating my work like that. It costed me more than a couple of minutes, and if you care to remember, I have made it from about the RC2 was made, long months ago. Even my SDK Reference manual is using that image.
