Code Blocks 12.11 can't find compiler.
« on: July 02, 2013, 05:39:47 pm »
Hi, I reinstalled codeblocks onto my windows pc and installed codeblocks 12.11. I have also installed a compiler called mingw32-gcc (Correct me if i'm  wrong on whats it called).

However, codeblocks keeps saying "Cant find complier executable in your configured serach path for GNU's GCC Compiler". I tried to reset defaults on the compiler settings but still nothing.

When I tried to run a program, no black screen comes up. I am assuming it failed to build because of the compiler issue.

This compiler thing is becoming a problem and codeblocks ran great a few years back when I used it ( Dont know if it was a different version). What should I do? Thanks
