ld.exe    cannot find -lwxmsw28ud
The linker (ld.exe) cannot fin the library (-l) named "wxmsw28ud". Usually the actual file name is libwxmsw28ud.a.

Please read yourself into basic programming and learn how a compiler/linker works. Then grab yourself the tutorial for GCC, then pipe what you've learned into the IDE. (Not to forget: Read yourself into wxWidgets, especially what flavours are possible).

These things are out of the scope of this forum, btw!
