ALLEGRO 4 installing/using

Hello. Im going to start right off the bat by saying Im brand new to this and am totally clueless.

Im trying to run a simple test code on allegro 4. Although I installed alegro 4 (by moving the bin, lib and include files from the download file to the equivalent Codeblocks files) when I run my code on Codeblocks the first line says that the allegro.h file/directory does not exist. I think the problem may be in my library linking. At the moment all I added was Project-> Build Options -> Linker Setting -> liballeg.a

THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZYYYYYYY
