Code::Blocks Problems (Lots)

Hey Guys,

I am having a lot of problems with the code:blocks c++ for dummies eddition. First, after I make a project the save button is unavailible to be pressed, so I use save as instead, but the book says to use save. Another problem is that I make a program and build it and then build and run it and all I get is the "Hello World" program even though I didnt mention it once in my program. Please Help me.

Please notic, tthat we do not support the C::B for dummies edition.
As first it's outdated and it is not an official release.
Please update to either the 10.05 release or (better) use the 12.11RC version from the nightlies board: http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,17070.0.html

Please also note, that we have no relation at all to the book and its author other then the CD shipping with it contains a meanwhile awfully outdated C::B version we cannot really support any longer. (As Jens pointed out already.)

To my knowledge non of us even owns the book, so we literally don't know what you are talking about with:
