Change keyboard shortcuts?

Is there a way to change the keyboard shortcuts? Specifically Ctrl-Q (quit application)

On my azerty keyboard (belgium) the 'S' key is just next to the 'Q' key so I regularly type Ctrl-Q instead of Ctrl-S which is very annoying...

I'm using Code::blocks rev 7387 on windows XP.

Damn I've watched editor menu several times and never seen it... My bad!
