March 2010 Direct-X SDK

I need to demonstate some basic Direct-X  programming and I want to use CodeBlocks/C++
Do you know of a tutorial that explains how I might set up CodeBlocks to work with the Direct-X SDK (specifically March 2010 ie the latest)

You could use the Direct/X wizard that will create a project stub for you.
