Problems Building Code::Blocks with MinGW

I've been following a tutorial on building C::B using just make files, and I'm to a point where I have to modify a file called Makefile.wx2.6 in CodeBlocks\src\src. The problem is the file doesn't exist. I'm using CVS head for C::B and this tutorial :
http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php/Compiling_wxWidgets_2.6.1_to_develop_Code::Blocks_%28MSW%29
. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Uh, CVS is currently being severely modified, sorry for the inconveniences...
you could try with the RC2 source code package... Also, stay tuned for next week, some of the project files are going to be updated precisely to solve this problem.
