Back to Code::Blocks, I just keep stumbling upon things which will take some time to learn, and I'm not sure where to find them....
Ex: I don't understand how the compiler (so not really a Code::Blocks question) finds its file paths, SPECIFICALLY, when there is a "something/somethingelse" In searching the forums, it talks about (paraphrasing) path_where_QT_installed/include .... and saying "so the code is #include QTBASE/something (sorry not remembering it). BUT QTBASE was not mentioned anywhere. Is there a "#define QTBASE "d:\blah blah\blah..." (in windows?)
I found pointers to "look at the compiler variables and you'll find what you need", but then I see $(something) is where it is.
Uhhh, I don't know what a $(something) IS, nor where you set it, etc etc.
NET NET: most answers assume a rather thorough knowledge of (Linux? Code::Blocks, etc?) and are too "shallow" an answer.
I know this is the wrong place to ask, but I've not found the answer in lots of searches (tho I HAVE gotten a LOT to run).
>>> ALSO, where's the best place to discuss the intersection of wxWidgets, Code::Blocks, etc?
