easy question "debug"

s.o.s      ....


hi.i want to debug a simple program in code::blocks
i before use Turbo c++ but i want use code::blocks for freedom.and it was very simple to debug program in Turbo c++ just i press F7 but in code::blocks i completely mixed up .i do not know how to debug..
please help
