CodeBlock and Windows Api?

I use "vfw32.lib" window's api. Can I used it free if it is of Microsoft?

For such lisensing issues ask the provider of this library (probably Microsoft) or read the licensing terms that ship with the SDK you got that library from. These can be many and you didn't even tell.
