Yes, it is a typo... has to be wxUsleep (lowercase 's').
EDIT:
The probable reason why you see this error (and why it was unnoticed otherwise) is that you use wxWidgets 2.4.2 (or any other version below 2.6.0). wxUsleep is used in the "below 2.6.0 compatibility path".
