why no keyborad shortcuts in ubuntu nightly build ?

I found keyboard shortcuts is missing in ubuntu nightly build version,(or I install it incorrectly), I want to install this plugin individually , How to do ? (where can I download the .so)

What nightly build?
Have you installed the contribs plugin?

keyboard shortcut is not build-in?
I didnot install contrib. How to install it ?

apt-get install codeblocks-contrib probably...

This is generic question, please learn how to use the package manager for your distro it will save you a lot of time.
