CODEBLOCKS_DATA_DIR is set but code blocks don't run

Well I managed to build CodeBlocks on windows but have a little issue when I want to run it. It keeps telling me that i have to use --prefix command line argument or to set up CODEBLOCKS_DATA_DIR environment variable, I did it but still the same message.

Did you run the "update.bat"-script from the source-directory (where the main project-files and the workspace-file are) ?

Lol just did and now i have an output dir from where I can run code blocks now all i have to do is to start working on it's source and maybe i can provide good help related to CC but not only that
