Title: Why? Code::Blocks don't open and Edit a .RC file? Help me.

Why? Code::Blocks don't open and Edit a .RC file? Help me.
any .rc file can open and edit,but any .rc file can't show file.

I use "UTF-8" dont't see file,But chused "UTF-7" The file can be show
