Don't know if it is supported by scintilla,
but it would be nice if all file tabs are shown
when their number would allow it.
Sometimes I'm looking for a file that I know
must be open, but I only can find it via the
open files list.
Ok, or by scrolling through the tabs without
knowing if and when the right tab shows.
I close some unused windows from time to time
but have to scroll all tabs to be visible by hand.
Greets,

It's not the same, but it helps a lot:
Check "Settings -> Environment... -> Notebooks appearance -> Use drop-down table list".
That shows a little triangle, that opens a drop-down list with all open tabs, instead of the two triangles to scroll through the tabs.

Hi Jens,
well, that is quite the same as the open files list isn't it?
I think that this is handled better in most other editors.
When all files fit in the tab bar they're all shown.
And only if they don't fit you get one or two arrows to be
able to reach them.
It's a bit pedantic of course, and maybe depends on ones preferences.

btw. it's also possible that the tab of the
file u are currently editing is not visible
which is a little bit confusing
I'm using Tab-Style 'default'
