Title: How I can set program arguments for console program to run it under C::B

I permanently use the shortcut (context) menu of the project and thought that it is similar to the main menu item that all characteristics of the project are accessible and from it. About the item in the main menu I somehow have not thought at all - a hint to developers C::B ;)
