Title: Bug: Incomplete Uninstall with stupid users

I wanted to uninstall it so that I reinstall and start reporting things from the beginning. After the uninstall, I found that these files still existed:

codeblocks folder:
codeblocks.exe
codeblocks.dll
share/codeblocks/plugins/(all plugins were still in this folder)

...Just after writing this I discovered why, I still had codeBlocks running while uninstalling it :)
Would be nice if you checked that during uninstallation, and asked the user to close it. Though this is a low-priority issue, I think.

Did you try a restart of the PC? It should mark these files as DeleteAfterRestart ;)
Though it should display a message...
