Title: what's a good font for the editor?

hi i'm using codeblocks on winxp and was wonderigh what font you would suggest for the editor? i'm using Courier New, and i cant tell the zeros from Os and i can't tell the ones from Ls.

any suggestions?

Use a little larger font size, then you can tell the difference.

I would suggest "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono". You can take a look at it here (http://praegnanz.de/images/423.png) or, if you prefer a more complete overview, here (http://www.dafont.com/font.php?file=bitstream_vera_mono).
It is freely downloadable (http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/ttf-bitstream-vera/1.10/) from The GNOME Project (http://www.gnome.org/).

I use Monaco. Its more stylish.

Nice list actually, I've been looking for some replacements for the standard "Courier New" font that I've been using for so long. The 'anonymous' one is quite nice, but I really dislike the ~ character...
