Resolved Fixed:

Removed: Redundant code
Fixed running console-based programs in windows
Fixed display of watches for CDB (MSVC executables)
wxSmith: Fixed wx2.6 issues in wxToolbar
The "Save all" button on the toolbar is now "Save all files" to avoid problems with accidental clicking ("Save all" is an irreversible action)

Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)

Question - does ctrl-shift-s activate "save all"?

Ctrl-Shift-S: Save All Files
Alt-Shift-S: Save everything
