Title: Defunct links 'Report Bugs' and 'Ftr Requests' on main page

The links 'Report Bugs' and 'Ftr Requests' on the C::B main page don't work (403 forbidden).

I don't keep the count but I estimate that since I got interested in C::B there were about 8 bugs I wanted to report. Alas, I never found the bugtracker @Berlios "up" and ready, not a single one time. IMO 8:0 is statistically significant :) Shouldn't we declare Berlios permanently defunct and petition the project leaders to set up a bugtracker elsewhere?
