you still have the old CBProfiler.ddl in your CB directory. It can be removed.
a) install the nightly in a fresh empty directory and delete th old on
b) manually hunt down in the share directory that CBProfiler.zip and plugins/CBProfiler.dll and delete it.

I would suggest a) ;-)
