sorry for that but dev-c++ have one for c and anther for c++ but C::B don't :(

Yes, now I realised that, too. I was wondering what the difference would be if both main files have the same content. So why would you need this in the end?! (This question is meant seriously - I may miss something here...)

this for wizard for c , i think if C::B ide for c and c++ mast have project wizard for both ( like i think :) ) .
i try make the same for freebasic but this will take time ;)
