Title: Ctrl+CapsLock
Post by: orefa on June 27, 2006, 11:36:06 pm
I occasionally hit the Ctrl+CapsLock combination by mistake instead of Ctrl+Tab and it shrinks the font size in the editor under Windows 2000. I cannot find where this setting is defined in order to turn it off. Also, is there a corresponding shortcut that I'm not seeing to increase the font size?

Hold down Ctrl and use the mouse wheel.
Or alternatively use Ctrl and Numpad-+

Thanks Thomas! Ctrl+Wheel is standard under Windows but I hadn't found the Ctrl+NumLock counterpart to Ctrl+CapsLock.

I note that Ctrl+CapsLock DOES toggle the caps lock while Ctrl+NumLock DOES NOT toggle the numeric pad lock. The former should probably be changed to do only do one thing instead of two.

But more importantly, can these shortcuts be turned off?

They're Scintilla features (well, Ctrl-Caps is probably not a feature), so no.
