Title: Error exporting settings

Hi. I exported settings and it showed an error:

Please forget about exporting settings. This only ever existed in RC2, it never really worked, and it is no longer supported. If you absolutely need to backup your settings, use regedit.

Current versions of Code::Blocks use an XML-based settings system to make backing up your settings easier (among other things).
