Title: The 26 August 2026 build (13961) is out.

We switched to gcc 15.2.0 (on 09 April 2026) --> download the new wx/mingw dll's see link below

• SDK: Check project when swapping header/source (ticket #1629, thanks LETARTARE).
• wxSmith: Cache tool and palette sizes.
• dragscroll: Separate horizontal vs vertical scrolling into distinct actions
• wxSmith: Fix property grid icons in dark mode (part of ticket #1630).
• Editor settings: Fix font sample background in dark mode (part of ticket #1630).
• Keybinder: Fix description not visible in dark mode (part of ticket #1630).
• Spellcheck: Fix hyperlink colour in dark mode.

The release number in the topic (13961) should be 13977.
