Title: Disappearance of an old modification in 'r13960'

It appears that the ticket '1538' bringing the modification 'r13378' disappeared in 'r13960' .
Could a developer check ?

Ticket 1538 was fixed in r13678, not r13378.

The log (https://sourceforge.net/p/codeblocks/code/13690/log/?path=/trunk/src/plugins/contrib/help_plugin/zlib/gzguts.h) does not show changes in that file after r13678.
