Title: Protect forum and wiki with anubis?

Since spam bots are a problem here I'm thinking we should run the anubis (https://github.com/TecharoHQ/anubis) anti-scraping software on the forum so bots and AI won't be able to spam here. It's already used @:

• https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/
• https://codeberg.org/
• https://reactos.org/forum
• https://gitlab.gnome.org/
• https://forum.freecad.org/

and they seem to no longer have problems with bots. They already have example configs (https://anubis.techaro.lol/docs/category/environments) ready so shouldn't be a problem.
