Title: Question: Change the background color of other windows(NOT editor).

Is it possible to change background color of "Management" and "Log and Others"? They are to bright compared with my editor theme.

Yes! You can change the background color of "Management" and "Logs & Others" in Code::Blocks by modifying the theme settings.
