 :(Do you, probably, know some resource with instructions to install a compiler on Win10?

It depends on the compiler, some are just "download and unzip in C:\MinGW".
If you want to integrate it in C::B (and it is not detected automatically) try this wiki page (https://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php/Installing_a_supported_compiler).
