Title: Codeblocks Very slow startup when enable the 'compiler 0.99'

if disable the compiler Codeblocks run very fast.

This plugin is an interface to various compilers:
GNU GCC compiler
Microsoft Visual C++ Free Toolkit 2003
Borland C++ Compiler 5.5

Have you tried the last nightly?
Codeblocks checks some compiler calls on startup, so this could slow down things....
The flashing should be fixed in the latest nightly

svn build rev 12516 (2021-08-15 16:35:46) gcc 8.1.0 Windows/unicode - 64 bit
