How do I install codeblocks on a raspberry 3 from this page: http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/26

You cannot. We don't provide arm binaries...

There is one option: I've installed CodeBlocks using the package manager just fine on RPi. I don't know who has created these packages but they seem to work. Please, check the package manager for codeblocks. However, the availability still depends on the edition of RPi and platform.
